Service Description

Both Reiki and crystals offer a way of channeling energy for improving our well-being and bringing them together supercharges the energy flow to support a system of holistic healing. Crystals hold unique energetic frequencies that can be harnessed to improve our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. These frequencies are amplified when combined with Reiki, a gentle and ancient Japanese technique that uses hand placements on or above the body to transmit the flow of ‘life force energy’ to revitalize, balance, and resolve energy blockages. When energy is impeded from naturally flowing through the body, it can lead to ‘DIS EASE’ which can show up energetically, emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. One of the greatest gifts of Reiki is the creation of a resonant (vibrational) healing space. Reiki naturally facilitates blockages and wounds to rise to the surface to be acknowledged and either released or healed. It is in this space of compassion and intentional presence that the recipient is able to connect with themselves more deeply and find their path to wellness. Reiki always works to move us towards integrity, peace and greater self-awareness. It is a beautiful method of unearthing stuck traumas and painful emotions, and creating a bridge to healing. Prior to the session we will discuss your healing goals and intentions. During the session you will lie comfortably, fully clothed on a massage table with a pillow and blanket. We will begin with a scan of your biofield and energy centers (chakras). The treatment will focus on specific areas based on your stated goals, information from the scan, along with guidance I receive during the session. During the treatment I listen deeply to your body and energy, detecting blockages, imbalances, stagnation and areas that need healing. While receiving Reiki you may experience sensations such as warmth, coolness, tingling, waves of energy moving through various parts of the body, feeling heavy, or none of the above. The experience is different for each client, and even for a single client, the experience will vary from treatment to treatment. Typically, clients experience profound calm and tranquility, with many falling into a deep sleep. After the session you will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss what you experienced during the treatment session.
